OneMinPlan builds a personal weekly meal plan from the answers you give us. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your quiz answers: age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goal, diet preferences, allergies, meal pattern, and grocery preferences.
  • The plan we generate for you, so you can open it again later.
  • Your email address, if you choose to save it so we can send you your plan link.
  • Basic technical information needed to run the site, such as anonymous session identifiers and error logs.
  • Payment status from our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

Why we collect it

  • To calculate your calorie and protein targets and build your plan.
  • To let you re-open the plan you paid for.
  • To answer support requests you send us.
  • To keep the service working and to fix problems.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use your health-related answers for advertising.
  • We do not store your payment card details.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the service providers that run our infrastructure: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, and (once enabled) our email delivery provider. They process this data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your plan and quiz answers so you can return to a plan you purchased. You can ask us to delete your data at any time through our contact page, and we will remove it unless we are required to keep a record of a purchase.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page and include the email address you used.

Children

OneMinPlan is not intended for anyone under 18.
