By using OneMinPlan you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

What OneMinPlan is

OneMinPlan is a digital meal-planning product. You answer a short set of questions and we generate a one-week plan with meals, portions, recipes, nutrition figures, and a grocery list. The plan is a general wellness tool, not a clinical or therapeutic diet.

Not medical advice

• OneMinPlan does not provide medical, nutritional, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have an eating disorder history, or have a medical condition or a medically prescribed diet, please consult a qualified clinician before changing how you eat.
• Some answers cause us to stop the quiz for safety reasons. When that happens we won't generate a plan, and we'll suggest speaking with a healthcare professional.
• Nutrition figures are estimates based on standard food data. Actual values vary with brands, portions, and preparation.
• Always check ingredients yourself if you have a food allergy or intolerance. We filter for the allergens you tell us about, but you are responsible for reading labels.

Your purchase

• A plan is a one-time purchase of $3.99 USD. There is no subscription.
• Your plan unlocks after your payment is confirmed by our payment processor.
• Your plan is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell or redistribute it.

Availability

Not every combination of calorie target, diet, and meal pattern can be planned with our recipe library. When we can't build a plan that meets your targets, we say so before you pay and you are not charged.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service, and don't use it in any unlawful way.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneMinPlan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
